These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ligahub.app platform (the "Platform"), operated by LigaHub ("we", "us", "our"). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
LigaHub is a platform for organizing and managing amateur football leagues and tournaments. The Platform provides tools for:
- Creating and managing leagues, tournaments, and teams
- Managing match schedules and results
- Displaying standings and player statistics
- Managing team rosters and invitations
The service is provided free of charge in its current version.
2. Registration and Account
- Registration is required to access Platform features
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- Each person may have only one account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you must not:
- Post false, offensive, or illegal information
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Upload malicious files or code
- Use automated tools for mass data collection
- Disrupt Platform operations or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the Platform for spam or unauthorized advertising
4. User Content
- You retain rights to content you post on the Platform (logos, photos, descriptions)
- By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the Platform's operation
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law
- You warrant that you have the right to post any content you upload
5. Roles and Responsibilities
League administrators are responsible for:
- Accuracy of league and tournament information
- Managing participant access
- Ensuring all league members comply with Platform rules
Moderators act within the authority granted by the league administrator.
6. Service Availability
- We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
- We are not liable for data loss caused by technical failures
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of statistics and results entered by users
- Actions of users on the Platform
- Indirect damages related to Platform use
- Temporary service unavailability
8. Intellectual Property
The design, code, logo, and LigaHub trademark are our property. Copying, modifying, or distributing Platform elements without our written consent is prohibited.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through profile settings or by contacting [email protected]
- We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
- Upon account deletion, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, by the competent court at the location of the Platform operator.
